Your Privacy Choices

Last updated 1 October 2026 · Effective 1 October 2026

Several US state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, and similar laws in Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and elsewhere, give you the right to opt out of the sale of personal data, its sharing for cross context behavioral advertising, and certain profiling. This page is that opt out link, required whenever a business discusses those rights, even when the answer is simple.

1.The short version

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising cookies, ad tracking pixels, or third party analytics on RevStar. There is nothing to toggle off, because none of it is happening in the first place.

2.Global Privacy Control

If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as a valid opt out request under California, Colorado and Connecticut law. In practice this changes nothing about how we treat your data, for the same reason as above.

3.If that ever changes

If we ever introduce advertising, analytics that shares data with a third party, or anything else that would count as a "sale" or "share" under these laws, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy first, and give you a real control here before it takes effect, not after.

4.Exercising other rights

For access, correction, deletion, portability or any other right described in our Privacy Policy, email privacy@shiningstar.software from the address on your account.
